Ladies, grab a tit and listen up! Here’s why you need to get up close and personal with your ta-tas right now.
Breasts are incredible; they give life to our future generations, and they are a sensory magnet of pleasure, making sexy time awesome. However, they can also get sick, just like the rest of our body parts, and that usually takes the form of breast cancer. Breast cancer is no joke, friends. It’s a very serious and potentially deadly disease. In fact, it’s the second-most common type of cancer in humans with breasts living in the United States (after skin cancer).
The Breast Self Examination – Catch Breast Cancer Early
Luckily, there is a VERY simple way you can catch breast cancer early and greatly raise your chances of survival; give yourself a breast self-exam. It’s best to do it a few days after you end your period, when your breasts aren’t as tender or lumpy. (Sidenote: If you have breast implants, it can be difficult to feel differences in your breasts. If this is you, ask your doctor to show you how to feel for the edge of your implant, so you can tell the difference between that edge and any changes in your breasts.)
Signs of Early Stage Breast Cancer
It’s time we get down and dirty with our bad selves. Here are some ways you can tell if you have early signs of breast cancer. If you’re saying any of these things to yourself, it could be an early sign of breast cancer. You need to call your doctor and get your girls in for a check up! Now, reach down, grab a cup and let’s cop a feel.
1. “I’m pretty sure this isn’t a hickey!”
