Do you ever look at pictures of a fitness model or a cover model and wonder if she is all natural? While some people don’t think twice about what supplements or “other” items a fitness model may be using, others are basing their goals off of what they see on covers. We decided to bring you some of the bodies we believe are absolute realistic goals for each body type. And the best part? They are all Spot Me Girl fans, pictures that were submitted to us! Joellehref> is your normal Swedish chick who cares about being fit, being healthy, and being happy. She proves that you don’t have to have a huge backside to have a nice one 🙂
Mag Dalenahref> makes the list because she is an ultimate realistic goal. She looks absolutely amazing, and totally reachable. Mag shows us what the right diet and the right routine can achieve.
aka Milyvahref> is proportional, lean, and strong. She may be blessed on the backside, but her physique is attainable and pursuit worthy.
We all want strong and dominate quads and legs, and Karoline Pettersenhref> balances strength and definition with femininity and beauty. A balanced body is an achievable body.
For those with a lean body, Erikahref> shows how muscle and leanness can go hand in hand. A spunky attitude and a clean physique, and she’s a great option to follow for those with a similar build.
We love Kalynn Kabisahref> for this list because she is an incredibly strong woman without the usual incredibly intimidating physique. She also reminds us that you can be strong without being huge, which many women need constant visuals of.
For those that can pack on muscle easily and fully, Natashahref> is an ultimate goal physique. She’s even throughout, completely natural, and strong as f*ck! Her transformation is impressive, and her glutes are even more impressive..er.
Jodie Chiappahref> is an IBFA champ and great example of clean and natural training. She’s a tall, strong, and lean person, who has created a solid core and strong legs while still appearing lean and not overdone. Don’t let the use of “lean” misguide you though, her muscles are nothing to mess with.
With all of the shredded athletes out there, it can be easy to forget that not everyone is that cut. Vicky Kempin’shref> body is beautiful, but not out of reach. This is the body a newbie should be looking to achieve.
Shannon Howellhref> is something a bit different than the usual women you see on covers and on instagram. The 5’9″ athlete shows how possible it is to pack on mass and muscle on a tall frame. She isn’t tiny by any measure, but her physique is one that many women can relate to.
It’s the belief that in order to be “fitness model” worthy, you have to be itty bitty. Sylvia Krugerhref> has the definition that many women want, but the “normal” size that many women have. A woman that isn’t impossibly small? Win.
While Paluna Lunahref> rarely shows her face or full self, it is easy to see how fit and natural this woman is. Her body is tight and strong, without the veins or striations that you see with others. And she looks amazing!
Lisahref> deserves a place on the list because she is a great example of a smaller frame. The bikini competitor shows what is achievable for the leaner frame, with definition in her arms, legs, and obliques.
Constancehref> is a work in progress and at this moment, she’s a perfect goal for others who are works in progress as well. Her arms and legs have a significant amount of muscle and definition, while still being a body that a committed lifter could work towards. She is a beautiful woman with beautiful progress.
When looking at natural versus unnatural athletes, the size of muscle, striations, definition, can be signs of one against the other. Josinehref> perfectly walks that line, having loads of muscle without the veins. The physique competitor keeps it completely natural and ultimately very beautiful. She’s a great example of what a natural physique competitor should work towards.
