If you’re like me, the hardest part of staying motivated to work out is keeping things varied. There are only so many times you can do Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns every Tuesday. While there are hundreds of exercises out there, we tend to stick with what we know. The problem spans from leg day to back day and of course, into abs. So here are some ab circuits we here at Spot Me, Girl have put together that won’t only be something different, but will certainly make you cry.
