If you’re like me, the hardest part of staying motivated to work out is keeping things varied. There are only so many times you can do Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns every Tuesday. While there are hundreds of exercises out there, we tend to stick with what we know. The problem spans from leg day to back day and of course, into abs.
