Getting a perfect and ripped pack abs isn’t that easy. Those deep cuts and bulging pouches take years of hard training to develop. So, if you need some motivation to make yours, here is an eye-popping or I must say an “abs-popping” collection of 10 most shredded six packs in the world.
1. Greg Plitt
Greg Plitt was America’s top fitness model and an early morning trainer as well. He weighed 195 lbs. with a height of 6’1” and had some seriously shredded abs with deep cuts. Plitt once said, “I prefer to work out over my responsibilities at the start of the day.”
Plitt loved to train with a partner who was as pumped as he was every morning. It drives more passion and energy in his body. His usual training split was chest, back, arms, shoulders, and legs. No doubt he had extremely ripped abs.
Unfortunately, he died at a very tender age of 37 after being hit by a commuter train in Burbank, California. The incident happened when he was shooting with a small group with a southbound track of the Burbank Metrolink station when the train struck him.
2. Ben Booker
Another fitness model, weighing 187 lbs with a height of 6-feet, and an incredible physique is on number 2 spot on our list. Been Booker loves to train himself hardcore. For abs training, his best advice is to utilize the core compound lifts in order to gain mass and built size.
Booker also recommends that one shouldn’t aim for the high volume ab workout. It may not be the best way to building that ripped group of abs. Booker trains his abs three times a week in an unforgiving fashion.
3. Ulisses Williams, Jr.
When it comes to perfection, no one competes with those flashy and iconic six packs of Williams, Jr. With a height of 5’10” and weight of 185 lbs. Ulisses Williams, Jr. is no less than a celebrity trainer and a great fitness model featured in many magazines.
He goes to the gym five days a week and remains very strict on his diet plan. For abs, his main focus is on cardio. However, for overall conditioning, he recommends calisthenic exercise, combined with a balanced diet.
4. Steve Cook
Say hello to the ambassador of six packs bags, standing at 6’1” and weighing approximately 210lbs. He’s the owner of Steve Cook Health and also IFBB Men’s physique competitor. While it took several years to many of the fitness models to reach the point where they are now, Cook has been in the game for only 4 years and has achieved some tremendous accomplishments.
His main focus is on a diet that includes 270 grams of protein, 220 grams of carbs and 60 grams of healthy fat a day with 4-5 meals a day on average.
5. Obi Obadike
Obi Obadike holds the record for being voted the most ripped fitness model throughout the globe. He stands at 6’2” with a weight of 190 lbs and an incredible physique. Getting a 6 pack is hard, but Obadike has surpassed that and has the elusive eight pack abs. That certainly didn’t come easy.
He focuses mainly on super-sets, targeting three different body parts. Obadike takes no break throughout the year and hits the gym at least four times a week and at most six. Most of them are cardio days.
6. Victor Egonu
Even though the cuts on his abs aren’t as prominent, Egonu is known as a natural bodybuilder, standing at 5’8” and weighing 180 lbs. He is an IFBA pro natural bodybuilder and during training, you’ll hardly see him not screaming because it’s all hardcore.
He usually shifts between the bodyweight and weighted ab exercise. Egonu says, one workout is weighted and the next is bodyweight. This way, the abs gain more strength and a natural shape.
7. Kelechi Opara
Kelechi Opara weighs 176 lbs. with a height of 5’9” and is an Optimum Nutrition sponsored fitness model.
I love to do pull ups in different variations, front squats, deadlifts, standing overhead barbell press, walking lunges and incline dumbbell presses. This routine helps me leverage overall muscle growth with minimal rest.
For abs, I usually don’t take it as a stress to develop. I focus more on natural shape and not to the degree one often sees at the gym.
8. Chul Soon
You have seen him many times on Facebook. Soon is known as a Natural Bodybuilder and is famous for his 8-Pack abs on Instagram. He is a bulging builder and is the Asian Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Soon does whopping 3,000 sit-ups a day and has been hitting the gym for more than 12 years.

9. Micah LaCerte
Micah is a 6 foot and 198 lbs. transformation specialist and Calvin Klein model. Meet LaCerte who believes in alternating training week to week. He has a lot of faith in muscle confusion and he believes that it is the main reason for growth and strength.
Micah LaCerte hits the gym five days a week with a diet plan of 3000-3500 calories a day, focused on protein and healthy fats. He has some of the sexiest physiques in the fitness model industry.
10. Matus Valent
Last but not the least is Valent weighing in at 200 lbs and an ideal height of 6’3”. He is also a beach volleyball champion and a fitness model. Valent has been training for the past 4-5 years and maintains the same routine every week.
I train two body parts daily along with my abs, working out five days in a week. On Monday its chest and biceps, Tuesday is for legs, Wednesday back and triceps, Thursday chest and biceps and Friday is for shoulders and calves.
